A compliance officer

The solution: an (external) compliance officer who supervises compliance with the relevant laws and regulations in and around your organization. It is not only supervision; it is more about responsible application of said rules.

Mr. Edwin J. Weller, has a track record of more than 25 years. After gaining 7 years of experience as a lawyer, he worked for 14 years at MeesPierson, in Curaçao and in Amsterdam. Initially as a corporate lawyer and later as a compliance officer. The last seven years as chief compliance officer of the Private Bank and Trust business line. Then 5 years as chief compliance officer of Robeco. In 2010 Edwin started as an independent compliance officer.

The clients are law firms, trust offices, banks, asset managers, pension administrators, companies and organizations in the public sector.
